Towers and antennas
We mount antennas and dishes on network towers, run and secure the feeders, and inspect and maintain towers and their connections. Work at height is done by a climbing team in full safety gear.
- Mounting VHF and UHF antennas and link dishes
- Running, fixing and connecting feeders
- Inspecting and maintaining towers and connections
- Measuring coverage after installation

Safe climbing
Nobody on our team climbs without safety gear: a full harness and fall-arrest lines, kit prepared before every climb, and coordination between the climber and the ground crew.

- Kit prepared and checked before each climb
- Inspection of the tower and its feeders
- A ground crew that coordinates with the climber
Digital repeater cabinets
We prepare the repeater cabinet: the digital repeater, power source, cabling and connections inside a tidy rack, tested before it leaves for site.
- Digital VHF and UHF (DMR) repeaters
- Tidy cabling and connections inside the rack
- Channel and frequency programming
- Testing the cabinet before handover
Equipment rooms: installation, programming and testing
In the equipment room we connect the feeders, programme the repeaters and radios from a laptop, and test the network. We leave the room tidy and documented so it is easy to run and maintain.
- Connecting feeders and links
- Programming repeaters and radios
- Testing the network and its coverage
- Tidying and documenting the room
Rooftop antennas
When a mast on the roof is enough, we fit the antenna on a firm mount, fix it, connect the right feeder and test coverage across the site.
- Masts and mounts on the roof
- VHF and UHF antennas
- Low-loss feeders
- Coverage tests across the site
Vehicle, desk and control-room radios
We fit the mobile radio in the vehicle: mounting, cabling, antenna and power. We put the desk or control-room radio on the same network and programme the handhelds.
- Mobile radios in vehicles
- Desk radios for control rooms
- Programming handhelds onto the network
- Range tests on the move

Supply and logistics
We receive, check and load the equipment and materials ourselves for the trip to site, with a crew in company vests, so that the quantities ordered arrive complete and undamaged.
- Receiving and checking equipment and materials
- Orderly loading and transport to site
- Quantities matched to the bill of quantities
- A documented handover
Rehabilitation of the Qantara house courtyard, old Basra
We carried out the rehabilitation of the courtyard of the Qantara house in old Basra: lifting and levelling the old floor, re-laying it in brick with lime joints, and treating the timber and doors. Here are the stages, from levelling to the finished courtyard.
- Lifting and levelling the old floor
- Laying brick in even courses
- Lime-mortar joints
- Carpentry and treatment of timber and doors

Survey and documentation of heritage houses
We start with the survey: measurements of windows, doors and columns, roof levels, and photographs of every element, then decide the least intervention that keeps the house in its own materials.
- A measured survey with levels
- Photographic record of every element
- Shanasheel, timber doors and windows
- Farshi brick and lime mortar
Architectural designs and concepts
From our study of a contemporary Basra that draws on its heritage architecture: yellow brick, timber screens and green courtyards. These are design concepts, not built work.
- Brick façades and timber screens
- Courtyards and green space
- Designs that respect Basra’s climate
