Radio towers and repeaters in Basra
Coverage starts at the tower. We install repeaters, antennas and feeders on radio towers in Basra and across Iraq, fit out equipment cabinets and rooms, then programme and test the system. Our climbing team works on towers in full harness.

Inspecting the tower first
We visit the site, inspect the tower and its feeders, and note what the work really needs. Then we draw up the system diagram and a clear bill of quantities before supply.
- The condition of the tower and its feeders
- Positions for antennas and repeaters
- Cable routes and where the cabinet goes
- Signal readings where needed

Antennas and repeaters
We mount repeaters on towers with antennas and low-loss feeders, and run the cables neatly so later maintenance is straightforward. We supply digital repeaters, the Hytera RD98X among them, and fit their cabinets in the equipment room or at the foot of the tower.
- Digital VHF and UHF repeaters
- Tower and rooftop antennas
- Low-loss feeders and tidy cable runs
- Equipment cabinets and equipment rooms
Climbing teams in harness
Nobody on our team climbs a tower without full safety gear. Harnesses are prepared at the foot of the tower before every climb, and no work at height starts until the gear is complete.
Programming and coverage tests
After installation we programme the repeater with the radios and run range tests while driving around the site. Then we train the users, hand over with documentation and provide support afterwards.

Common questions
Can you install a repeater on our existing tower?
Yes. We inspect the tower and its feeders first, then set the positions of the antennas and the repeater. Any work the tower itself needs is decided after a site visit.
How tall does our tower need to be?
Range depends on antenna height and terrain. We give an early estimate and propose a height in the study once we know the distances the signal must cover. Real coverage is set by a site survey with signal readings.
Can the repeater go on a rooftop instead of a tower?
Yes, when the building is tall enough to cover the site. We fit rooftop antennas and test the coverage; the choice is made after a site visit.
What do you need from us to start?
The site location and size, the number of users, and photos of the tower or building if you have them. If you already have radios, tell us their models and how many, so we can programme them onto the new repeater. Then we visit and write the study.
